City of Rockford Utility Billing 

The Utility Billing Clerk is responsible for managing the monthly utility billing process for the City of Rockford. Questions regarding your monthly utility bills can be directed the Billing Clerk at 763-477-6565 ext 1 during normal business hours Monday through Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm.

Please be aware that there is a service fee by paying by checking/savings/creditcard.  Checking/Savings include a $2.50 flat fee and Credit/Debit include a 3.5% fee.  A fee of $3.00 is applied for payments below $100.
