Rockford area schools serves the communities in Wright and Hennepin Counties for all or part of Rockford, Rockford Township, Corcoran, Greenfield, and Buffalo. We provide preK-12 students with high-quality education and valuable life-long learning opportunities to prepare them for the future.

District #883 includes three public school buildings that serves our school population of about 1600 and a certified staff of 110. The district community population is approximately 9,450.

The demographics of the Rockford School District are predominantly rural, a bedroom community about 35 miles west of the Twin Cities.

• Rockford Elementary Arts Magnet School (REAMS K-4)
• Rockford Middle School- Center for Environmental Studies (RMS-CES, a Green Ribbon award-winning middle STEM magnet school 5-8).
• Rockford High School (IB School 9-12) Our school population is just under 1,700 students and serves the Rockford, Rockford Township, Greenfield, and Corcoran areas.
